KVKK CLARIFICATION TEXT ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

This text has been prepared to inform clients who are members of our platform about the processing of their personal data.
Processed Data: Your identity information (name-surname), contact information (e-mail, phone), payment information (card details are not stored, processed by the intermediary institution) and platform usage data.
Purposes of Processing: Establishment of the contract, creation of appointments, tracking of payment transactions and providing support services to you.
Special Categories of Personal Data: Health data shared within the scope of the psychological counseling process is not stored directly by EVREKA; due to the nature of the service, it is only addressed by the relevant Psychologist under the principle of professional confidentiality.
Data Transfer: Your data will not be shared with third parties except for legal obligations (invoicing, etc.). Server providers for technical infrastructure are selected to be KVKK compliant.
Your Rights: Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK; you can always request the deletion, correction or learning whether your data is processed or not.
Regarding the information I provided while becoming a member of the EVREKA platform;
I consent to the processing of my personal data and records regarding my meeting appointments for the operation of the platform,
I consent to the use of online meeting technologies (video conferencing systems) and the data transmission required by these systems,
I give my consent with my own free will to share my health data (special category personal data) with the relevant psychologist only for the purpose of performing the counseling service.
(For the Process Between the Client and the Psychologist)
Nature of Service: The service you will receive through this platform is an "Online Psychological Counseling" service. It is not a medical diagnosis or a treatment process with medication (psychiatry).
Information shared during the meetings will remain confidential between the Psychologist and the Client.
Exception: In case of the risk of the client harming themselves or someone else (suicide, attempted murder, etc.) or suspicion of child/elder abuse, the Psychologist has the right and duty to break confidentiality due to legal notification obligations.
Sessions last 45-60 minutes.
It is the Client's responsibility to be in a quiet, private and safe environment during the meeting.
Recording of sessions by audio or video is strictly prohibited for both parties in accordance with TCK No. 5237 and FSEK No. 5846.
Cancellation Terms: For cancellations not made 24 hours before the appointment time, the session fee will not be refunded.
Approval: I declare that I have read the above articles, understood the risks and limits of the process, and accept to receive service under these conditions.
